Built to our high manufacturing standards, this vacuum drum filter features optimized structural details and upgrades that enhance both durability and ease of commissioning.

Laser Welding Process
The stainless steel piping, tanks, and drum assembly of the entire vacuum drum filter are welded using laser welding technology. This process produces smooth, uniform weld seams with a smaller heat-affected zone, effectively reducing defects such as porosity and incomplete fusion. It also improves corrosion resistance and minimizes the risk of leakage during long-term vacuum operation. The equipment is suitable for solid-liquid separation in a wide range of applications, including food processing, starch production, chemical processing, and fermentation broth filtration.

Key Upgrade: Adjustable Drum Shaft Support with Graduated Scale
Traditional models have fixed support positions, requiring operators to rely on experience and repeated adjustments to set the drum immersion depth. This upgraded model features a sliding support assembly with a graduated scale.
Simply loosen the locking bolts to slide the supports up or down, raising or lowering the drum shaft to precisely adjust the depth of the drum immersed in the slurry. The integrated metal graduated scales allow the left and right supports to be aligned simultaneously, ensuring the drum remains level without tilting.
Increasing the immersion depth produces a thicker filter cake and increases processing capacity, while reducing the immersion depth results in a thinner filter cake and more effective dewatering.
Once the desired position is reached, tighten the locking bolts to secure the supports and prevent unwanted movement during operation, ensuring stable working conditions.
When changing materials, adjusting slurry concentration, or modifying production capacity requirements, operators can make adjustments quickly and intuitively. This significantly simplifies on-site commissioning and improves the equipment's adaptability to different operating conditions.

The entire unit features an integrated skid-mounted design, including a vacuum tank, slurry tank, piping system, spray assembly, and other components. Once the pipelines are connected at the customer's site, the equipment is ready for continuous filtration, filter cake washing, and dewatering. It operates automatically and requires minimal routine maintenance.
We continuously refine structural details based on feedback from overseas customers, improving the ease of operation and reliability of our filtration equipment to provide dependable solid-liquid separation solutions for customers worldwide.
We look forward to the equipment arriving safely in Armenia and supporting the stable operation of the customer's production line!
