Working Principle
The working principle of Vacuum band filter is mainly to utilize the pressure difference produced by the vacuum negative pressure, combined with the continuous transmission of the filter belt, to realize the dynamic solid-liquid separation of the suspension, which can be specifically divided into five key links.

Feeding:The suspension to be filtered is evenly spread on the filter belt through the feeding device, and the belt is driven forward by the drive roller.
Vacuum filtration:The vacuum box below the filter belt forms a negative pressure, under the difference between the atmosphere and the negative pressure, the filtrate enters the vacuum box through the filter cloth and filter belt, and the solid particles are retained to form the filter cake.
Washing(Optional):According to the process requirements, the washing device sprays washing liquid to the filter cake, and the washing liquid is pumped away with the help of vacuum, so as to remove the soluble impurities from the filter cake.
Drying: the filter cake enters the subsequent vacuum area with the filter belt, and the residual water is discharged under negative pressure to reduce the water content.
Discharge: The dry cake reaches the end of the filter belt, and is separated from the filter belt by the discharge roller or scraper to complete the filtration cycle.
