This mobile precoat vacuum drum filter is a new-generation fully intelligent continuous solid-liquid separation unit designed for mobile working conditions. The complete machine holds CE safety certification, with all electrical and mechanical performances complying with EU safety standards, enabling integral relocation and flexible layout arrangement.
 
The unit is equipped with an integrated control system integrating automatic precoating, self-adaptive scraper and remote interconnection. The entire filtration process operates in a fully automatic closed loop with no on-site operator required.
Fitted with a large industrial touchscreen, it allows one-touch start and stop of all procedures, eliminating repetitive manual button operations seen on conventional filters. It features an intuitive user interface that new operators can master quickly.
This design addresses the heavy manual workload of traditional equipment, drastically cutting labor costs while sustaining consistent high-precision filtration over long-term operation.

The control system removes restrictions of on-site operation and enables synchronous remote control via mobile phones and computers. It allows real-time monitoring of all process parameters including filtration flow rate, vacuum level, precoat thickness and scraper operating status. Functions such as remote start/stop, parameter adjustment and operation record retrieval are also available, facilitating unattended workshop operation and off-site remote management with ease.

The unit is embedded with a proprietary material adaptation algorithm. The system collects vacuum differential pressure data in real time, and the scraper can automatically advance, retract and fine-tune its cutting stroke according to material characteristics to form an even and stable precoat layer, eliminating deviations caused by manual adjustment.
It delivers thorough filter cake discharge with controllable precoat consumption, extending the service life of filter cloth and maintaining stable long-term filtration throughput.
 
It is equipped with an independent linked precoating program. Filter aids such as diatomaceous earth are automatically mixed and evenly spread to form an intact precoat layer without any manual intervention throughout the whole process.
The uniform precoat retains ultrafine impurities to produce highly clear filtrate, meeting the requirements of high-precision clarification filtration.
It enables fully automatic continuous cycles of precoating, filtration, washing, drying and cake discharge, supporting non-stop 24-hour production.
 
The complete set consists of a rotary drum main unit, diatomaceous earth mixing tank, 316L anti-corrosion pipelines, gas-liquid separator, water-circulating vacuum pump, central electrical control system and other full-range components.
All wetted parts are made of 316 stainless steel with excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, while the electrical control cabinet and circulating water tank adopt 304 stainless steel for rust-proof and long-lasting performance.
The unit features a compact structure with an integrated tool compartment, allowing rapid installation and commissioning upon delivery.
