Working Process
Feeding Stage: Dewaxing oil enters the filtration area through the feeding tank, and part of the rotating drum is submerged in the feed liquid;
Adsorption & Filtration Stage: Driven by vacuum, the oil liquid passes through the filter medium and enters the filtrate chamber, while paraffin crystals are retained on the medium surface to form a filter cake;
Filter Cake Dewatering Stage: As the rotating drum rotates, the filter cake leaves the feed liquid area, and the vacuum system continuously extracts the residual oil from the filter cake;
Slag Discharge Stage: The filter cake rotates to the slag discharge area, and the paraffin filter cake is scraped off by a scraper, completing the separation process;
Medium Regeneration Stage: The cleaning device rinses the filter medium to restore its filtration performance, allowing it to enter the next cycle.
