Working Principle
 

The Yinuo Vacuum rotary drum filter, based on the principle of "vacuum suction filtration", achieves fully automatic continuous solid-liquid separation by rotating the drum clockwise

Feed infiltration stage (0 ° -30 °)

The lower part of the drum is immersed in the feed slurry, and the liquid is vacuum sucked away. The solid remains on the filter cloth to form an initial filter cake, and stirring can be selected to prevent particles from settling to the bottom.

Suction filtration stage (30 ° -150 °)

The drum with filter cake leaves the slurry, and vacuum continues to filter, increasing the thickness of the filter cake to 5-30mm. The filtrate is distributed through a distribution head and vacuum tube, and then transported to the subsequent processing stage by a centrifugal pump.

Drying stage of filter cake (150 ° -210 °)

Continuous vacuum action reduces the moisture content of the filter cake to 10% -30%.

Blowing loosening stage (210 ° -240 °)

The distribution head is switched to blowing mode, and compressed air is blown in reverse from the drum, allowing the filter cake to detach from the filter cloth for easy unloading.

Unloading stage: (240 ° 300 °)

The drum rotates to the unloading area, and the scraper scrapes off the filter cake, which falls into the conveyor belt or collection tank for recycling.

Filter cloth cleaning stage (300 ° -360 °)

Spray clean water to wash away residual particles in the filter cloth, restore filtration performance, and the cleaning wastewater can be recycled and reused.

4. Convenient maintenance function: The filter cloth adopts a quick replacement structure, fixed by buckles or bolts, and can be changed within 30 minutes by a single person.
