Working Process of Beer Filter Machine:

Precoat Stage: Diatomaceous earth is mixed with beer and sprayed onto the drum surface in a circulating pattern, forming a uniform precoat layer 1-3mm thick. This creates an efficient retention barrier to prevent filter cloth clogging.

Filtration Stage: With the drum partially submerged in the slurry tank, vacuum pressure draws liquid beer through the filter cloth and precoat into the drum's internal channels. Solid impurities are retained to form a filter cake, while the filtrate is piped to the clear beer tank.

Wash and Dehydration Stage: After the filter cake leaves the slurry tank with the drum, it undergoes spray washing to remove residual soluble impurities. Continuous vacuum dehydration then reduces the cake's moisture content, minimizing beer loss.

Discharge and Regeneration Stage: The filter cake is scraped off using a blade, while the filter cloth undergoes high-pressure cleaning to restore the filtration medium's permeability, preparing it for the next cycle.
