 High-Efficiency Separation: Driven by vacuum negative pressure, the filtration rate is 3–5 times that of traditional gravity filtration. Filter cake moisture content is below 15%, with experimental repeatability error < 2%, ensuring high data reliability.
 Corrosion-Resistant Materials: The drum and slurry tank are made of 304/316L stainless steel or PTFE, resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents and high-temperature systems, preventing equipment corrosion and sample contamination.

Standard Operating Procedure
1. Preparation Stage
Check the integrity of the drum, filter cloth and vacuum pump pipeline. Select the appropriate filter cloth according to material properties.
Clean sealing surfaces, replace aged O-rings, and apply vacuum grease to connections. Perform a vacuum test under load to -0.06~-0.08 MPa. After 5 minutes of stabilization, the vacuum rise shall be ≤ 1 kPa, confirming no leakage.

 
2. Startup Stage
Pour slurry into the slurry tank until the liquid level covers the lowest immersion zone of the drum.
Set drum speed and target vacuum level via the touch screen, then start the system with one key.
 
3. Filtration Stage
The rotating drum submerges into the slurry, and vacuum adsorption forms a uniform filter cake. After leaving the slurry zone, it enters the drying zone for dewatering. An optional spray washing function is available to remove impurities.
 
4. Collection Stage
The scraper automatically discharges the filter cake, with filter cake and filtrate collected separately. The system automatically records key data such as process rate and filter cake thickness, supporting real-time viewing and data export.
 
5. Final Stage
First balance the air pressure before turning off the vacuum pump to avoid backflow suction.
Remove and clean the filter cloth. Parts in contact with sterile samples can be sterilized at high temperature. Inspect and replace aged seals.
Export data for direct use in process analysis and mass production process design.
