Milk vacuum filter

The milk vacuum filter is a sanitary-grade solid-liquid separation device specifically designed for the dairy industry. Product Introduction

The core of the milk filter consists of multiple parallel filter discs, each divided into several sector-shaped filter plates. During operation, the disc section is submerged in the liquid tank and connected to the vacuum system via a distribution head. Vacuum suction draws the filtrate through the filter cloth into internal channels, while solid particles are retained on the filter cloth surface to form a filter cake. As the discs rotate, the filter cake sequentially passes through the filtration zone, washing zone, drying zone, and discharge zone, completing the entire filtration cycle. All parts in contact with the material are constructed from food-grade 304/316L stainless steel. Surfaces undergo polishing treatment, ensuring no dead corners and easy cleaning, meeting product hygiene and safety requirements.

Based on Processing Capacity:

· Small dairy plants: Models with a filtration area of 5-15 m² are suitable. For large-scale dairy processing enterprises, equipment with a filtration area of 20-50 m² is recommended to meet continuous, large-scale production demands.

Based on Material Characteristics:

· Skim milk/whey: Higher vacuum levels and smaller pore size filter cloths are recommended to ensure effective clarification and separation.

· Fat-containing materials:Moderately reduce vacuum pressure to prevent fat globule rupture under high pressure differentials, thereby preserving final product flavor and quality.

Supporting Systems:
